Serving Expectations
- Arrive 60 minutes before your scheduled window for prayer and briefing.
- Wear your serve credential visibly; conference t-shirt or team attire provided.
- Rotate between serving and attending sessions so you stay refreshed.
- We honour rest—let your captain know if your capacity changes before conference weekend.

Hospitality & Welcome
Greet guests, assist with seating, lead registration, and create a seamless first impression for every attendee.
Production, Media & Tech
Support audio, lighting, visuals, photography, and storytelling that amplify every moment of the conference.
Operations & Logistics
Coordinate venue setup, manage resources, guide traffic, and ensure each environment is ready on time.
Prayer, Care & Safety
Stand with people in prayer, provide pastoral support, offer first-aid, and ensure a safe environment.
Worship & Creative Support
Come alongside Edify Worship through vocals, instrumentation, choir support, and creative expression.
Next Gen & Family
Champion kids and teens with age-specific gatherings, security, and engaging discipleship environments.
